System Purpose
This module serves as the primary administrative engine for the regional fire command service. It is designed to catalog, manage, process, and secure critical data structures belonging to active-duty personnel, fire officers, and terminal administrative staff. By transitioning from distributed paperwork to a unified operational node, the system guarantees instant regulatory compliance and document security.
1. Basic Information
The system maintains an absolute profile master database tracking active operational attributes. This includes fundamental record criteria such as legal identities, assigned field ranks, specific station location movements, emergency contact routes, and historical deployment rosters across local regional boundaries.
2. FOA File Directories
The Fire Officer Authority (FOA) repository controls verified assignment orders, commands, and policy parameters. This area acts as an official record track ensuring that all operational assignments and commanding actions have a traceable, cross-referenced documentation history attached directly to the officer's log.
3. Official 201 Records
This area acts as the institutional digital double of the physical 201 personnel records folder. It organizes digitized administrative certificates, promotional reviews, disciplinary tracking states, and performance assessment criteria files required for executive logistics analysis.
4. Interactive PDS Engine
An automated structural module that dynamically compiles database attributes directly into standardized Civil Service Commission (CSC Form 212) layouts. Personnel can refresh profiles to systematically parse fields, formatting a valid, error-free Personal Data Sheet ready for secure export.
Information Security Profile
All document pipelines processed inside these four core operational layers are restricted by standard administrative access definitions. Changes to profiles, 201 directories, and generated sheets are logged internally to maintain absolute transparency.
